We tend to get quite busy at times and therefore would suggest booking a painting session in advance in order to secure your table and arrive at the correct time. However, walk ins are always welcome as long as they coincide with our session times or you will be able to finish painting by the end of the session that has already started.

However, booking a session is essential during our busiest times such as school holidays, weekends, Bank Holidays and festive holidays such as Christmas or Easter.

There is no studio fee to pay, the price you see is the price you pay, inclusive of use of brushes and paints and glazing and firing of your piece.

We have a variety of stickers to use on your pieces at an extra cost of £1 per piece.

We have a minimum spend of £12 per person.

Not At All! We welcome everyone of all ages! Little ones will just need a helping hand from you!

Our session times are 1hr and 30mins. Birthday Parties 1hr 30min. Adult evenings 2hrs 30min. Workshop times vary.

Yes! All our pieces are compatible with food, provided they have been painted correctly and not extremely thick so that it causes cracking within the glaze! Pouring glaze directly from the bottle onto a piece is not permitted.

DISHWASHER – With regular dishwasher use over time, there may be a gradual dulling of colours due to the intense heat of the water and the caustic dishwasher detergent. There is also the risk of damage to the items as the glaze can get chipped if items are knocked together. We highly recommend washing by hand to retain its beauty, but with the above in mind, it is dishwasher safe.

MICROWAVE – Products are unlikely to crack or break in a microwave. However, earthenware soaks up moisture, which is then trapped within the structure of the product, heats up and is then retained by the product. The piece then becomes too hot to handle and there is a risk of scalding, so please take care. If the item has been placed in a dishwasher or recently washed by hand and then placed in a microwave, the trapped moisture will cause the piece to explode due to the accelerated heating. We DON’T recommend use in a microwave.

Our turnaround time is 7 – 10 days, however during our busy periods such as Christmas, school holidays and weekends, our turnaround time is 10 – 14 days. We will send you a text when your pieces are ready to collect.

All our paints are non-toxic, lead-free and food safe and they wash straight out of clothing so there’s no mess!
