Pottery And Pint Evenings
Join us at The Surrey Oaks in Newdigate, Dorking for a fabulous POTTERY and PINT evening on the first Thursday of every month, 6.30pm-8.30pm.
£25 per person for the Pottery Workshop and you order the drinks at the bar. (Cost of drinks not included. Some specialist workshops may incur and extra charge). If you’re having so much fun, extend the evening by ordering a pizza or burger from the menu after the workshop. We recommend the pizza.
Every month will be a different workshop, each one offering a fun and entertaining experience. In the line-up for the first three Fabulous and Fun creations are our Pumpkin Lanterns (October 5th), Christmas Gonks (November 2nd) and a firm favourite, the ‘Boobie and Dickie Pots’, or for the more reserved among us, a flower pot will suffice, and now spoilt for choice, you also have the choice of our Christmas Wreath (December 7th).
Book your preferred evening on our bookings page (Book a Pottery and Pint Evening) and select the date of your preferred workshop. We will be in touch to confirm your booking and take payment. Payment is due in full on confirmation of your booking.

Plant Pot Painting- £30pp-Speciality Paints and Techniques
We’re spicing things up at our Pottery and Pint Night this May with our exclusive use of speciality paints and glazes! Just look at how vibrant my pot came out! This sample was created using Jungle Jems, that EXPLODE in the kiln and create these abstract patterns!
You’ll have access to these colours, as well as many many more when you join us on the 4th. The perfect activity for budding artists and friends everywhere! Book online under the ‘Pottery & Pint Night’ section on our website and select the 2nd May.
Thus workshop has a slightly higher charge due to the extra cost of the speciality paints and stickers used.

Love Is In The Air! Create hanging message hearts for your loved one. Choose to do one large plaque or combine two or three smaller ones hanging together. Choose a shape from hearts, flowers, stars etc

Bud Vase/Pen Holder
Create a bud vase or a pen pot or even a utensil pot for the kitchen. With lots of stamps and patterned rollers, you can create something wonderful for yourself or give it as a gift. Best of all, have a lot of fun creating it, while enjoying a pint or glass of wine.
